TERMS & CONDITIONS (Effective Date: 08/07/2025)

1. Parties & Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to users (“Client”, “you”) accessing the services provided by Stancord Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “Company”) through lp.stancord.com. Our services are available exclusively across India (PAN India only).

2. Services & Pricing

We provide web development, hosting, domain, SSL, and graphic design services, as detailed on our landing page.

  • Our standard package is INR 4,500 for the first year.
  • This includes complete setup and hosting.
  • The price is shown as INR 375/month for transparency, but we bill annually in full (INR 4,500 upfront).
  • Monthly billing is not offered unless agreed upon in writing.

3. Order & Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) via UPI, Net Banking, or other accepted methods.
  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
  • GST-compliant invoices are available upon request.

4. Delivery & Revisions

  • Website delivery is within 3-5 working days after content submission and confirmation.
  • All packages include up to 3 free revisions.
  • Additional revisions will incur extra charges based on project scope.

5. Ownership & Rights

  • Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the website, including source files, admin access, design, and basic content.
  • Third-party tools, plugins, or licensed assets used in the project remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Refund Policy

  • A 5-day refund policy is available only if development has not yet started.
  • Once the project has begun (CMS setup, design, hosting), refunds may be partial based on the stage of progress.
  • No refunds are issued after project delivery.

7. Renewals & Price Adjustments

  • Annual renewal is required to maintain hosting and domain services.
  • Renewal prices may vary due to changes in market costs, vendor pricing, or inflation.
  • If no prior agreement is made, the Company is not obligated to maintain the original price for renewals.

8. Support & Maintenance

  • We offer basic technical support post-delivery for work we have completed.
  • Long-term maintenance and upgrade packages are available at additional cost.

9. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate project information, contact details, and timely responses.
  • By submitting a form, you consent to being contacted via WhatsApp, call, or email for follow-up and quotation purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
  • We are not responsible for delays, data loss, or issues caused by third-party providers (e.g., domain registrars, payment gateways, plugins).

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

12. Third-Party Services & Hosting Liability

Stancord Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. uses third-party hosting providers (e.g., Hostinger, GoDaddy, etc.) for storing and managing client websites. We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, suspension, or disruption of services caused by hosting provider actions, server crashes, technical failures, security breaches, or force majeure.

Clients acknowledge and agree that:

  • We are not the hosting provider and do not control their internal policies or actions.
  • Any liability for data loss or business disruption due to hosting failure is strictly limited to the value of the project fee paid, if applicable.
  • We recommend clients back up their data and refrain from uploading harmful, illegal, or suspicious content that may affect shared server environments.
